We are presently seeking bi-lingual Reservation Sales Associates, fluent in English and Korean, to join our team in Singapore Customer Contact Center.  Reservation Sales Associates are on the frontline of creating memorable guest experiences and help to bring our ten brands to life for our guests before they step into a hotel. 

The role calls for a service-oriented, customer centric professional, who is passionate about people. Handling inbound guest inquiries for our hotels and our award winning loyalty program, Starwood Preferred Guest, via phone and email, the Reservation Sales Associate will enhance guest’s stay experiences by offering relevant recommendations and securing hotel reservations in addition to meeting key performance metrics.

 Key Accountabilities:

• Manage inbound enquiries from travel agents, individual travellers, corporate clients and members of the Starwood Preferred Guest loyalty program in relation to hotel reservations and booking related inquiries. 
• Listen attentively, identify callers’ needs and demonstrate effective sales techniques. Provide information on all Starwood brands/properties, in a professional manner with specific emphasis on sales and service to guests in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Maintain good conversion control during each call in order to effectively manage customer service issues.
• Candidates must be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and have strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least Diploma in Business Administration/Hotel & Tourism Management or GCE’O’/’A’ Level.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written business English and Korean.
• Demonstrate effective sales techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Possess good multi-tasking skills and work well in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Schedule is 5 working days every week including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in hospitality/travel industry, contact center environment or any prior work engagement in customer service is an added advantage.
